Can any recent alumni share their experience transitioning from MBA to consulting? I'm particularly interested in work-life balance and whether the reality matches expectations. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I've been with BCG for 3 years after graduating in 2015. The work-life balance is challenging but manageable. Expect 60-70 hour weeks during active projects, but the firm has gotten better about protecting weekends. The learning curve is steep but rewarding. Happy to chat more in detail if you want to DM me.
